Passion. Experience. Dedication.

Matthew Carfo has been around collector cars since childhood. While growing up, his father was an avid muscle car enthusiast and owned several classic Mopar’s. Watching his father resurrect a 1965 Dodge Coronet is one of Matt’s favorite child hood memories.

As a teenager, Matt worked on anything with an engine, from lawn equipment to a home made go kart. At 16, he began repairing and modifying his own cars starting with a 1985 El Camino SS.

At 17, Matt began working for one of the largest Automotive restoration facilities in Connecticut. This is where he learned all aspects of the restoration process on a wide range of collector cars. He eventually began working for a smaller facility specializing in more detail oriented work. There, Matt worked alongside one of the best Ferrari mechanics since the 1960’s. Matt sharpened his skills in engine building, machining, and the ability to repair anything.

Fast forward to now, Matt created Collector Car Services to focus on the customer with a one on one experience. Whether your collector car is a weekend cruiser, high performance race car, or million dollar show winner, Matt is here every step of the way.
